I am creating samples for a potential wedding cupcake customer, how many cupcakes do you think i should give as a sample? They just want the one flavour..

One for each person.

I always do 1 for each person as well. My typical tasting is for 4 people,(I charge $20 and they can choose up to 4 flavors TOTAL of cake + fillings) so I make 4 samples of each flavor, regardless of how many people come...so if only 2 show, they take the others home in a box with them. If they want 6 to come, they share 4 cupcakes unless they order more (I charge an additional $5.00/person and that's 1 extra sample of all 4 flavors)

Again though, this is 1 cupcake per person per flavor. So if they try 3 cake flavors then I alot 3 cupcakes per person! Always bring a box in case they want to take home the extra. Not everyone wants to eat 3 cupcakes in front of people they don't know but they ALWAYS wanna take them home LOL
