I need some ideas for a low cholesterol cake for someone that previously had a heart attack icon_sad.gif its for our pastor's birthday but I need a frosting that doesn't have all the lard etc, if thats possible? lol I need suggestions and I still wanna decorate it nice...

How about using a poured chocolate to ice the cake instead of frosting. Dark chocolate contains flavanoids, which can help lower LDL cholesterol.

thank you icon_smile.gif I didn't even know that about dark chocolate...I just knew its better than regular chocolate
