Best Way To Put This Image On A Cake?

Customer doesn't want edible image...I was thinking a gumpaste plaque, then project the image on and draw with edible pens. Any other better ideas?

Would a frozen buttercream transfer be really difficult with all this detail? And would a RI transfer be way too delicate?

I'd go w/your idea.....gp plaque. Rather than a FBCT I suggest trying a choco transfer.

Thanks...for the choc. transfer I need oils to color the chocolate, don't I? I can't get colored wafers here and the cake is for Saturday.
