When I stack a normal cake covered in fondant I ice the cake and leave it a couple of days before stacking.
Do you do this for the topsy turvy/wonky cakes.
I am planning to try one Lindy Smiths way but she doesnt mention if you should leave the cakes to set off for a couple of days before stacking. If not does the icing inbetween tiers not go soggy?
