Ganache Under Fondant (Ratio)

I've done ganache under fondant once (right after that huge multi-page thread about it) and it was pretty great. I haven't done it since then (I'm been playing with different buttercreams) but I'm making a cake for a friend's daughter's birthday and she wants ganache.

I can't for the life of me find that thread and I know the ratio is different when making it to go under fondant. I would have assumed that thread would be a sticky at the top of one of these by now. (My searches haven't yielded anything).

So, I guess that's my long way of saying, I'm sorry for brining up something that's already been covered ad nauseum around here but I need the recipe for ganache going under fondant. Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif
