Could some one guide me to a tutorial on how to make a Valentine candy box out of cake? TIA

Thanks Jamie that's a great tutorial! I'm wondering how to make a lid though also.

I've made several before I saw the site referred to. I've done the lid two different ways. I've covered a cardboard with fondant... worked great. Another time since I knew a child loved sugar cookies- I made the lid a large sugar cookie. I put the cookie on a board for further support. It worked out great this way also. I've done the cookie way more than the other way. I'm thinking you could also make it gumpaste if it wasn't too thin. Hope this helps.

That's a great idea! Did you color the sugar cookie or frost it then?

I frosted it and then decorated it to look like a lid.
