After months of searching, I may have a caterer willing to rent his kitchen to me. I plan to use his kitchen in his off-hours (evenings) to start a cupcake business. The caterer is going to start serving lunch in his storefront, and indicated he may be interested in selling my cupcakes as well. Could someone give me some ideas as to what should be included in the rental contract? I know I've seen this topic before in the forums, but can't seem to locate the previous posts.
