Hi Everyone-
I'm going to make some carrot cake sandwich cookies (Martha recipe) that have cream cheese BC in the middle for my friend who lives in Florida. I'm going to ship them to her and she wants to freeze some of them. Can you freeze this kind of cookie? I'm not using real cream cheese (Lor-an flavoring).
Don't they sound fabulous!?
