Wow congratz! I'm attending The French Pastry School now and graduating from the LArt de la Pâtisserie program in June!!

It's a great school...I wish I had waited for your semester to attend!! I really want to learn from Chef Lodge, I only had the honor of having him demo for one day.

 I know that probably you don't log on to CC anymore, but still taking a chance.

I am an amateur baker from India and am contemplating taking a course at FPS. 

I was wondering if you'd be willing your FPS experience with me. all the pros and cons, that can

help me make a decision. I was hoping to get into the cake decorating course there.

Any response from you will help me make a choice.

I have two schools on my list. those are either FPS or LCB(london)., a difficult call.
