I was wondering what people thought about cake emulsions, ie Lorann's or others. Are they better than extracts? What are your favorite kinds? I am making a bridal shower cake for my sister and wanted to do something different and was wondering if it was worth it to get some. TIA
I love emulsions, especially the almond, it is all I use in my WASC cakes. Supper good when you marble a dark chocolate cake with the Almond cake.
