I made a coffee-chocolate ganache with 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, 2/3 c heavy cream, 2 individual instant coffee packs and 2 T butter. It has a great flavor, but it needs to be sweetened up. Any ideas?

Ganache is not ment to be overly sweet like an American buttercream.

Thanks- I don't want it overly sweet, but I should have used about half of the coffee....it really needs to be a little sweeter to overcome the bitterness of the coffee.
