Can you do a FBCT using Indydebi's crisco based BC icing? I need to do a FBCT and have always used an icing labeled just for FBCT but its a little too sweet to me and I'd rather try Indydebis. Can anyone let me know if they have used it successfully. Thanks!

I never use any other icing. you may have to thin it for some things, thicken it for others.

Your the best indydebi thumbs_up.gif Thanks for the quick reply! I used your icing last week on an engagement cake you also helped me with and it was great icon_biggrin.gif

Indydebi's BC is the absolute best recipe for FBCT I've ever used. I've used several standard american buttercream and SMBC, which all worked fine. Indydebi's worked AMAZING! Good luck!

I've used my regular all crisco icing for FBCTs every time I have done them. I never understood making a difference icing just for them.
