I have taken the basic wilton classes, but I still have things I need to work on, like getting the icing really smooth (buttercream), and stacking the cake without messing it up... etc. i'm looking for a dvd with tips and tricks of that nature... does anyone know of anything? i googled it, but didn't find much where there was a "review" so i don't know if it would be worth my money.

Any thing by Sharon Zambito (sugarshack) is awesome! She's got "Perfecting the art of Buttercream" "Flawless Fondant" "Successful Stacking" "Boxes and Bows" and "Totally Topsy Turvy" (I may have screwed up a few of the names) I have all of them and would pay three times what I did!! They are AWESOME!! She's also got a sheet cake video coming out soon!!

Here's her website: http://sugaredproductions.com/

Sharon Zambito's DVD are the best there is for the money. I have all of them and wouldn't trade them for any thing.

There are also great FREE tutorials to watch!! Check out the 2 on Edna's website, one about icing a cake and the other on stacking one. HTH!
