I need to make about 200-250 cupcakes for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah, but I am not a baker. Is there an easy recipe that I could try, or should I use a box? Or, has anyone bought premade naked cupcakes from like BJ's or Sams Club?

Try the cake mix extender recipe from this site, it makes the best cupcakes, everyone loves them. It starts with a mix but you add to it so you get that homemade taste. And it makes about 29-30 cupcakes. You can also freeze them (I've done it for a couple of months) when they thaw out they taste great! Good luck!

The extender recipes are great and they make the cupcakes a little bit heavier so they don't fall over as easily.
