I am making a fondant iced cake with fresh strawberry filling. I know its not recommened to put the fondant cake in the fridhe but will the fresh strawberry filling last over night at room temp. i dont want to cut into the cake the day of the party and the strawberries are rotten or something...lol HELP!!!

It'll be fine in the fridge. Just make sure not to touch the fondant when you first take it out. A fan blowing gently on it for about 10 minutes will dry out any condensation from the fridge.
