i am making a wedding cake with strawberry mousse filling so it is going to need to be in the fridge, but there will be gumpaste flowers on it. i have heard that you shouldn't put fondant in the fridge b/c it will get spotted, will gumpaste flowers be ok in there overnight?

No, do not put gumpaste in the fridge. Do not put the gumpaste flowers on there until you deliver the cake OR right before p/u.

i know it would be best to wait until the last min. to put the flowers on, but i am going to have to deliver the cake sat. night and the wedding is sun afternoon so i will have to put the flowers on the cake sat.
