I've been meaning to purchase bakers joy for a while now, but I have yet to buy it (I keep buying other cake decorating stuff I want when I mean to buy bakers joy) . I've been using butter to grease my wilton pans, but it is killing me because it is so time consuming for such a little task. Can I use pam on my wilton pans without messing them up? Got an easier way to grease them if I shouldn't use pam?

I have used pam and it works well enough...but for a large cake, nothing beats baker's joy. The first time I used it, it went from a splurge to a necessity.
I use the homemade pan release and put it on with a silicone pastry brush. Works for me.
