I have literally searched all afternoon on how to make the sheets of chocolate for sides of cakes but can not find what I'm looking for...I thought I had a picture saved but I don't icon_cry.gif ...I found the tutorial for making the ribbons but I'm wanting to do sheets of chocolate [no stencil] to go around a round cake iced with buttercream...I know I have seen it on here before but I can not locate the thread...do I just brush the chocolate on parchment or wax paper to dry [obviously not all the way or it would crack] Thanks for the help... icon_cry.gif

Are you talking about a chocolate wrap?

I used acetate for the one I did. You want something the chocolate will release from. You actually wrap the cake while the chocolate is still soft then peel away the backing after it has hardened.
