I keep getting air bubbles in my MMF when I am rolling it out. Is there anything that I can do to prevent this?

Check your rolling pin for pocks or built up cornstarch (or whatever you choose to roll on)

Let the fondant settle a little more... overnight is best

Don't roll it too thin

Possibly... and this is a stretch... you may not have enough PS in it. Hold it up and watch how it stretchs under it's own weight... if it's stretching fast, you don't have enought PS
