Hello to all, please help!!!
I have a quick questions regarding Sugarshacks' buttercream....well, mine didn't come out smooth...it came out with tiny air pockets. icon_cry.gif And I'd hate to throw it away so, the question is: can I still salvage that batch? is there something I can do to make it smooth???

Did you make a full batch? Reason I ask is the only time I had air pockets was when I only made 1/2 the recipe.

Part of the reason for the full recipe is to fill the bowl of the mixer to the top, this prevents room for air.

Try taking a large paddle type spatula and "smoosh" the icing against the side of the bowl in a back and forth motion, not too fast.
