Ok i hope I can get some help.I am making 200 cupcakes for a bride which I am so excited about however she wants cream cheese icing on 2 dozen of them. I have to deliver them at 9 am they are going to set it up at that time. Im afraid the cream cheese will spoil sitting there all day.Is there an alternative or flavoring that I could use in its place Im just afraid someone will get sick please helllppppp icon_cry.gif

This recipe doesn't need refrigeration.
