okay, i'm sure this has been discussed already?? i usually cover my cakes in fondant so this is not really an issue, however, i have been icing my cakes in colored SMBC and even though i wipe off the hot spatula *beforehand*, i *still* get streaks?? has anyone come up with a solution? thanks!
