Help! I am makeing a Smurf cake and I have made the house out of RKT. When I covered it with fondant it was really bumpy. Do you usually have to cover RKT more than once? or should I just roll my fondant out thicker?

Did you ice the RKT first? I always ice it smooth first. Or cover it in melted white chocolate. And yes, I do use a thicker fondant on RKT than on cake.

I didn't ice it first. I thought the icing would just move around. I think I will try the chocolate though, Thanks!!!

It can. The chocolate works best, but sometimes I don't feel like fooling with it. Depends on what I'm doing. The Elmo in my cake pics is RKT iced in RI, for example.
