Did anybody experience problems with Squires Kitchen? I ordered a few things from them a while ago, not only it took extra long time to get my package but they never respond to e-mails to costumer service, and sent me wrong item too. I ordered a few things so I went back to my account if it's me having memory issues or it's a mistake. Sure enough my memory is fine, they sent me a wrong item out of the few. Now I contacted them for a 3rd time but not sure if they will respond. I never order from oversea agains. There is nothing I can do and I sure won't send the wrong stuff back for an exchange! FAIL!
