I was wounding if anyone has frozen their homemade fondant, and if so had did it turn out?

Yes, I froze my MMF and I could not work with it after. It will last a couple of months in your pantry if you wrap it well. I wrap it in saran, then put it in a ziplock freezer bag and squeeze as much air out as possible.

However, if I freeze a fondant decorated cake, wrap it well and slowly let it come to room temp in its wrappings, I've had no problem....
