I've been into cakes for about two years, but I still say I'm new because I'm the type to wait for an event to practice and those don't come too often. Well yesterday I decided to try a purse cake just for the hell of it and I LOVE it! Its still pretty novice, but I used the viva method I've heard about for a few years and my buttercream came out soooo smooth So happy! Thanks all for posting cool techniques like viva <3
