Here are my votes:

Buttercream and Fondant: Sharon Zambito and Jennifer Dontz DVD's. Great instructions on things like covering cakes smoothly, making bows, decorating fondant cakes, and some other fun things.

Gumpaste flowers: Nicholas Lodge DVD's. Demonstrations are clear, easy to understand and he goes through everything step by step.

I own all of Sharon Zambito's DVD's and love them!
