SOS ...... Cake due today.Does anyone have an tips to help me make a 10" round into a 9" round, I grabbed the wrong pan and didn't notice. I am making a 3 tier 6,9,12 and need the 9" to allow for the decorations I am putting on the cake. I am lousy at doing things by eye so I was hoping someone would have some ideas on what to use to make it nice and round and even icon_confused.gif TIA

place the 9 inch pan on top of the 10inch cake and cut around the perimeter

Or a 9 inch cake board if you have one at hand.
