I am in the process of calculating how much I am going to spend on doing a 3 tier wedding cake. I have nearly calculated all of the used ingredients but am unsure about how I would calulate the gas used in the oven. Anyone have a specific formula?

i don't have a specific formula for how much per cake , but if how bout if you find out your average daily bill by dividing the monthly and then multiply by how many days you are going to use the oven to bake that cake.. or you can just estimate a percentage to charge like 20% of ur total expense (total cake expense)

gas/electric is an overhead item, not really a per cake expense, so adding a general amount should help you
