I need to know the right technique on how to stack two tiers. I have done it in the past , buy using dowl rods and putting them in the bottom cake and running them to the top cake and it makes the bottom and the top fondant sink and roll causing it to look bumpy, Help please!

You have to put a board under the cake which is same size as the cake. There are more step by step on that link. icon_smile.gif
