i have an 80 person wedding cake.. including the top layer that won't be eaten what size layers should i use???????

For round tiers, 4-8-12 will give 81 servings.

For square tiers, 6-8-10 will give 82 servings.

thats no including the top tier in the servings??

Using these charts you can pick the pan/cake sizes in any configuration you'd like in order to get the amount of servings you need. icon_smile.gif
