Any Ideas For A "diversity" Cake?

Hello all,

I was looking for any suggestions/ideas on what to do for a cake .....February is Black History month and my workplace does an entire month of events and it ends with a food feast. I've been asked to do a cake and to decorate it "for diversity", meaning not just Black History as a theme.

I am at a loss ...I have googled and looked here but I can't wrap my head around this! I was wondering if anyone here had done such a theme or had any thoughts...if you would share any ideas I would be very appreciative!!

Oops...I must have typed incorrectly when I last searched here....just came up with a few ...any additional ideas would be great as well!

didn't look on here, but found some ideas on wilton's website (with directions)

you could also do something like the ones below, with just the people on the sides or all around the cakes like the ones below

....maybe puzzle pieces with different colors and patterms on them, but they fit together to make a larger picture and/or cover the cake?.....

I like the "Around the world" theme that mirda6275 posted, you could do a lot of different things with that
