I just purchased the 2010 Cake Boss software and have been playing with it for a bit. Love it, just have a question......
If I want to charge so much per serving for my cakes, (ie. $1.25 per serving for bc and $1.75 for fondant) how do I put that into the reciepes, order, ingredients, things such as that. I do charge extra for flowers, gumpaste or icing.
Just a bit confused by all this technology. hehe
