I made 1/2 sheet cake tonight and the WASC recipe fell apart! I put it in the freezer as its not due until Friday. Can I take it out frozen, crumb coat, fill then cover in fondant while its all still frozen? Thanks! I am in a panice.
imo.. you cannot do anything you just mentioned. i would bake all over again.. you are setting yourself up for a disaster.. baking over again now... will save you from all that heart ache... back ache.. headache ... friday... hth
