When i was growing up there was this cake actually it was two cakes and they were about as big as a baseball and they came 2 in a pack, they had Dark chocolate cake with a cream filling and then wrapped around it was a pink coconutty icing or it was kinda like a meriange Does anyone know what im talking about, you can still get them. I would love to know what the outter layer was , i dont think it was fondant although if you were skillful enough you could peel it off the cake part, Hope someone knows what im trying to say, I would love to make one,
Thanks

I remember them but I haven't had one in ages. If I remember correctly it was kinda chewy, so maybe marshmellow then coated with the coconut before the marshmellow hardened again. Just a thought.
