My DH asked me one night "Now I'm being 100% serious, would you like to start turning our 2 car garage into a licensed kitchen instead?" I looked at him and without even thinking said "NO." He asked me again a few days ago and I said "No" once again.

Don't know why I said no so fast. I guess I must really like my garage

I can understand. I hate....absolutely HATE to have our cars parked in the driveway. I believe I'd rather get a permit and build a kitchen in the back yard or add onto the house before I'd convert the garage.

Besides, it gets too cold and snowy here. I'd hate to have to scrape my windows every morning of the winter before work.
