I wanted to make my husband a pizza cake for his bday but then thought that a cookie might be the better way to go. What recipe works best for making those giant cookies and any tips for a pizza? Thanks so much!

I use this one here on CC, except I use a box of Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix and add a variety of mix-ins. This is one of my most requested items.

I just use my regular recipe for whatever cookie I want, just lower the temp and cook it longer! There were a couple of times I took foil and covered the edges (like on a pie) to keep them from getting as brown.

I use any cookie recipe that makes about 2 dozen. Chocolate chip and peanut butter are the favorites around here.
