Just sharing my latest find. I got a cookbook the other day that's really cool. Marshmallows: Homemade Gourmet Treats by Eileen Talanian. I haven't yet tried any of the recipes, but they all look really yummy. I've tried Alton Brown's marshmallow recipe. Those were really good, so we're looking forward to trying these. There are so many flavors!
