Hello Everyone, I have a request for a Diabetic Cake and I have never made one before does anyone have a good recipe for a diabetic yellow cake and frosting recipe. Please Help!!!!! TIA

I know so many people ask the same question, but there really isn't a diabetic cake. WE can have a sugar free cake but that still isn't a diabetic cake seeing that carbs convert into sugar so it will still affect the sugar levels. My daughter is diabetic and that is how I got into this in the first place, but quickly learned that some of the recipes are a bit dence. So it's personal prefrence. Let me know if you still want it.
