I have a wedding cake to do, the bride does not want fondant or buttercream, do you have a good recipe that would hold up to the summer heat?

Maybe ganache with a little bit more chocolate? Then maybe aslo with chocolate wrapping?
Have you ever seen HeRa64 's cakes? The most amazing chocolate decorations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
