I made chocolate buttercream and its a little flaky and dry. I need to place fondant on it tomorrow. Am I going to have a huge problem sticking the fondant to the buttercream? or just a little squirt of water and its all good?
yes, either a little more water or some people use white karo syrup to thin it more.. hth
Are you putting any more buttercream on the cake before you put fondant on it?
