Has anyone ever used the Earth Balance shortening sticks to make SMBC?
Are the sticks white? I usually use a parve margarine and it works well, but I was thinking about trying this instead. I would be especially interested if they are white.

LOL WE should write Earth Balance and tell them to stop making it yellow. It comes out a creamy off white. It is really pretty. I prefer it to a stark white.
