I just saw this fondant brand called: Ice N EasyRolled Fondant by Liberty(from jesters) and wanted to know if anyone has used this brand and if so what you think about it.
I tried using this some time ago, as I got a sample at convention in FL. I wasn't impressed with it. There were lots of hard lumps in my batch.

I use this and Satin Ice. The taste isn't bad at all. The problem I run into with it is that is seems to dry out VERY fast. If you can avoid over working it and get everything smooth on the first go, it's a very economical way to go. My cake supply shop here always has it for dirt cheap.
I have gotten to mixing it 50/50 with Satin Ice. It works beautifully.
