I made black MM fondant last night and it just crumbles. . . does anyone know what i did wrong and can i fix it?

Try kneading a few drops of water into it at a time until it holds together. Sometimes black will do that, or other deep colors that take a lot of kneading to really work the color in. I've tried adding glycerin or shortening to it but plain water seems to help the most.
Try adding some Glucose and if you have a very very small amount of white icing you can add that to help with elasticity. it will be sticky to start with but should pull together ok
