I use the Sam's Club But-R-Creme. But my buttercream doesn't look smooth like others. How do I get it smooth? I want my buttercream to look like fondant.
You know, some people don't like fondant so they request for BC. Any tips will help. Thank you!
I Have never tried sams butter cream, i have always my own. After I iced the cake i pit in the frig, for about an hour or so. Remove from frig, then i smooth using the paper towel method, after that then i smooth with copier /printer paper.
