My MIL ordered this magazine for me in August for my birthday. It is Jan. and I have yet to receive an issue. I got a confirmation card back in Nov. regarding the subscription, but it didn't say anything else. Guess I have to place a call to the company. What a pain!
I had a similar issue, so I called the help desk. They were super nice and sent a replacement copy right away. Go to their website and get the number from the "Contact Us" link. They should fix you right up!
