I always go through my invoices in the new year to see how much product we used the previous year. Here are the 2009 stats;
22,350 pounds of cake mix
21,050 pounds of powdered sugar
9,550 pounds hi ratio shortening
6,732 pounds butter
1,088 pounds sour cream
628 pounds chocolate chips
276 gallons vegetable oil
It was a fun year!

(for me, anyhow!) 
Yeah, it's pretty shocking to see how much ingredients you blow thru, huh? But, that means, business is good!!
