Hmmm...I can't find anything, either, but it looks like peanut butter icing. On the Dozen website, there's a pancake cupcake with a piece of bacon on top, but the icing isn't the same.

I couldn't find the photo you were referring to but I did find some other links that might be of interest. All for cupcakes with a bacon topping but I'm sure you could change it to a small cake.
