Does any one have a recipe for a suragr free roll out buther cookie. A recipe that I can use a cookie cutter for.
Have you heard of a new product called Whey Low? According to directions, you just substitute sugar in your recipe with the Whey Low "sugar" -same amounts. I have used it in a cake and in a choc. ganache for a diabetic couple and everything worked fine. So if you would like to use it, I would just recommend a regular recipe and substitute with Whey Low. It has 75% less calories than sugar, has low glycemic index, is safe for type 2 and type 1 diabetics (from their container's) and tastes just like sugar. They also have a "powdered sugar" and brown sugar but I have not tried them.
