My good friend is hosting a jewelry party next weekend, and she wanted a cake for the desserts table...Does anyone have any ideas..
I was thinking of making a 9x13 cake..I would like to decorated with fondant..

Any suggestions will be appreciated..

I was thinking of making earings and a necklace..

How can I make them..I don't have any molds..

Pearls are easy, just roll them out of gumpaste and when firm, roll in a small container with a bit of pearl dust. If you have different shades of pearl dust, it can look really great, arrange on cake as a necklace and scatter some pearls of varying colours and sizes around it, as if a jeweler is making a necklace and scattered some on his table
Gold rings are fairly easy to make, a small tiara of gumpaste, gold or silver
